No. The core loop stays free. The optional Unlock is $19.99 once and adds a second visual theme, a second Dame voice register, and Ledger export.

Is my information safe?

Miss Spent has no Neon Tiger Labs account system, does not link to your bank, and does not send your ledger to a Neon Tiger Labs app server.
